Salut, champion! For the past few years, I have been creating melodic trip-hop and breakbeats under the name Pauliq. In many of the tracks I've produced, it became necessary to collaborate with vocalists to add a vocal element. While many of them are truly talented, my inner creative self has increasingly desired to expand and take on the role of writing and performing the vocals myself. This desire gave birth to the this project. Inspired by artists such as Faithless, Maya Jane Coles, Everything But The Girl (EBTG), and LTJ Bukem, I aim to share something at the intersection of breaks, jazz, trip-hop, and drum and bass once a month. For me, music is a prayer where my soul is naked. Being authentic in my creativity is crucial, as it brings me joy and gives meaning to my life. I would be grateful if you join me on this journey.
